Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

Roasted garlic cloves or garlic paste

Butter (I use earth balance vegan butter)

Dried rosemary

Sea salt (or kosher salt)

Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Soft bread, like focaccia (recipe on this page)



Directions

- In a small bowl, mix together butter and garlic until smooth and homogenous (not melted). Add in the salt and rosemary. Honestly, there aren’t really any measurements for this recipe, you just need to mix it to the taste that you like! Spread the butter mixture on one side of each piece of bread and place them, butter side down on a hot griddle. Add the cheese and put the sides together. Enjoy!
